Honda E Reviews
4/5
A glut of new city cars with dinky dimensions and tiny running costs is to set arrive in 2020 and the Honda e is a worthy newcomer. It stands apart from its rivals thanks to its cute styling and comfortable cabin, while the Honda has charm by the bucket load. You do have to pay for the privilege, though, and for some the relatively small range will be hard to stomach because some of those same rivals can go further for less cash.

Auto Car:
3.5/5
An eminently likeable and capable small car with good dynamics but a limited range and an ambitious price.

Driving Electric:
4.5 / 5
The Honda e is one of the best small cars out there, electric or otherwise.

Motoring Research:
The Honda e is a class act. Probably more premium and luxurious than a BMW i3, it is a futuristic car that doesn’t short-change you on comfort or sophistication. It drives nicely, with a sporty feel that should delight enthusiasts, yet is also compliant and quiet enough for those who want to be wowed by the electric cars of the future.

Car Magazine:
What an interesting little conundrum the Honda e is. Its dinky size, cute face and properly cool interior are the biggest draws in its charm arsenal, so much so that some might overlook the low-ish available range and the price higher than other city EVs.
It accelerates well enough and betrays its EV brethren by having, in some bases, better control feel, which is impressive when compared to some electric car rivals. It has certainly opened our eyes to how electric cars should drive, even if the clever chassis layout didn’t exactly wow us from behind the wheel.
It’s also done an effective job of bringing a bit of the future to the road. It looks like a concept car with an interior to match, and the fact it remains easy to use means it doesn’t have that feel of intimidation about it that could put off potential buyers.
We like it. A lot.

I have been wondering this myself. The Top Gear review mentions wireless CarPlay but that is the only place I have seen it.
