My car had a software update.
This wiped out most of my settings I.e. radio settings
Speed alarms, mobile phone connection, my
Aquarium app ( boo hoo 😢) etc
I’ve restored nearly all of the above but the mobile
Phones don’t seem to be connected properly.
Any suggestions re: mobile phones ?
Thank you.

Sorry android here.

I take it you have removed any connected devices if listed in the car?

Yes, removed both iPhones and then reconnect them
but still no good.
The Phone App seems to want me to connect through Apple Car Play !

Ok Guys. Who can help?
Manual says I can Display Spanner icon by selecting Home button on S wheel and scrolling. But no Spanner option is displayed? Maybe I lost it somehow by customising my options moons ago.

Any ideas how to reset refresh or bring it back to life. I imagine my car is due for 12 month or mileage service. 9500 miles and 14 months

First service at just shy of 15k km and two days short of a year. Software update wiped all settings, but since the infotainment system spontaneously did that a few months ago I was pretty well prepared…

For some unfathomable reason it took close to four hours, but given that a simple wheel change takes them almost two it was hardly surprising.

Total was ~1200 DKK / £ 135
