Has anyone here used the (white) destination chargers at Daylesford Farm recently? I used one for the first time on my latest visit last week and was surprised to see that the Kona was only pulling 1.2kW, occasionally dropping to a measly 0.5hW. Luckily I wasn't reliant on the charge to get back home.

These chargers are supposed to deliver at least7kW (about all the Kona can take on AC) and up to 22kW, so I'm not sure whether the charger was defective or I somehow just got a dodgy connection.

I'd be interested to hear of anyone else's experiences with these chargers.

They are supposed to give a maximum of 7kw. If they using load balancing to avoiding overloading the main incomer to the system, this is what will happen. It's not unusual, you can either have lots of connections that will turn down as more cars are connected or just a few full speed (but then you may find your wasting time with plugged in cars not charging). So it's a compromise both ways.
