No chargemaster- experience so far

Received an email yesterday cancelling my install as I had not sent them all the info.
Everything was sent 29/9 acknowledged as ok by them.

They didn’t say what they needed, they do not answer the phones ( 30 min on hold twice).
They have nots answered any of my emails.

AVOID!

I’m unable to go elsewhere as it’s part of the mobility deal my wife has with the car.

I don't know anything about the Mobility scheme, but surely you've bought the car & I assume the home charger as a package via a car dealer.
If so, then your contract is with them/finance company and in that case they have a responsibility to resolve the issue.

If you manage to change the installer, then consider https://www.smarthomecharge.co.uk/ and if you're intending to request a quote from them and want a discount code (unlikely because I'm assuming that the installation cost is included in the Mobility cost), let me know.

The dealer knew nothing about a free charger I had to educate her, it’s done via motobility, they don’t have a direct number for chargermaster so they have emailed them asking for them to contact me.

After another 40 mins holding on got through, to make a long story short the email apparently was sent in error! Words fail me
