Doing the shopping this morning popped upto Tesco as there were three charge points showing as free, when I got there some property management car was parked smack bang over the middle white line blocking two of the bays. To youngish women came back as I was plugging in and gave them a flea in their lugholes "sorry didn't realise!" signage is totally invisible obviously (NOT) so what was their excuse for their crap parking I wonder?

Arggggh it's started I've turned into a lecky owner

(Yes I know it's technically obstruction but I doubt the police would side with the ICE driver)

I usually take pics. This guy was pissed, and threatened to call the Police. Good luck with that. Also posted to twitter, as he didn't care, apologise or move on. But fortunately I was already plugged in. But I have often found ICE parked here, as it's close to the store.

You could try speaking with the store manager, but don't expect any useful response as I discovered at the Petersfield Tesco store, even though a diesel car was parked with its engine running for half an hour in an EV space, with 2 obese vaping low life's inside.
I made a complaint to Tesco head office and they replied stating that the car park was not their responsibility, but EHDC's, upon which EHDC told me that it was Tesco's. Obviously one of them is mistaken or maybe shirking their responsibility.

Did you report him to the store they can fine him, my neighbours boss got a fine for overstaying the two hours and he was in an ev!

Maybe because he does electrical work he thinks the parking is for him?

What we are dealing with here in my city, is that EV drivers use the charging points as permanent parking spaces. They have plugged in but aren't charging (or are already fully charged). Very annoying, cause they keep charging options permanent occupied. You can put (friendly) notes under their wipers, but you will find them torn on the street days later. Very, very antisocial in my opinion and I would almost say, that's typically Dutch... I have no other option to charge my car.
