So my multimedia is stuck. It shows that phone is connected over bluetooth (even when all phones are turned off) and I cannot remove phone or connect any other phone.

It looks like simple reboot would solve it, but I don't know how to do it.

Turning off vehicle over the night does not help, system uptime was not reset and increased, current uptime is 168h.

What are my options besides factory reset? Disconnecting 12V battery?

It's crazy to think that there is no way to force reboot that android "phone"...

Answer:

Easiest way is to remove the audio fuse. Though in my situation problem kept coming back, factory reset did fix it all.

It worked! Everything works now, and uptime did go back to 0.

If anyone wondering here’s instructions for where to find Audio fuse - Fuse box A, fuse 19

Glad to be spreading the word of the lord  Many pages have already been written about the AUDIO fuse being the first myself to use it way back in 2020  ...

Rebooting helped, but for short time only. Did a factory reset and everything works properly again.

This forum has come to the rescue again. Infotainment started acting up a couple of days ago, it was like it got stuck waiting for a voice command after I received a phone call. Then today the audio on/off button stopped working.
Fuse 19 out for a few seconds and all sorted.
