Hi,

New to the Honda E but finally got one about 3 weeks ago (right before the UK went cold typically)

This is now our 'daily' car and we have a Civic Type R (2017) for longer or more spirited driving situations so its not our only mode of transport.

You will all be happy to know this forum has been of great value to me in pre and post buying and already have two new door handles under warrenty getting fitted this week

So far we are getting by with a granny charger and my work offer EV charging for free so for the most part only granny charging at weekends when needed.

Next step is a Zappi Solar home charger for when summer comes along and hopefully the range extends a bit from where it is at the moment.

Here is a pic of both our cars on day we brought the e home.

Welcome to the forum!

The range will go up in the summer months for sure.

Nice, getting mine tomorrow and it’s the same colour, it’s their demonstrator.
Did you get both charging cables, while on the test drive he said they don’t include the granny, hopefully this is a mistake on his part.

I bought the demonstrator from Southport Honda and it came with both a Type 2, and a ‘Granny’ cable; each in their own Honda branded storage bag.

I will be getting both after a good chat with them and the granny charger will be handed to me when it does in next week for inspection of the passenger side door handle that won’t fully retract.
I’ve put them onto this forum for issues like the door handles and 12v battery so hopefully Bristol Honda will be up to speed for any future issues.
