Calculate? Well there are 100Ah per Cell, so if I read 85Ah that's equal to 85% SoH.
But I guess I don't really understand your question...

I might be wrong, but as far as I know the cells are never charged to more than 90Ah.
So if you are getting 85Ah, the SoH is probably closer to 94-95% (85 devided by 90).

The cells are charged to 97%.
SoH = State of health. That's the total available capacity, estimated by the battery management system.
And I have this Info from Honda themselves.
