I did but the type 2 cable was juyin a plastic bag,not a Honda one

It didn't really come from the dealer, it was from Honda UK.
My delaer told me they had specific instructions from Honda that it had to be given to the customer (i.e. me) when the car was collected.

Well I may just point that out when I go back to mine on Thursday to find I why my handles are not popping out. Give them a chance to find where they may have "misplaced" it.
EDIT: Actually, judging by this comment, they probably misplaced it on eBay!
