I'm in the UK & I've never had an issue with water collecting in the charge port over the past months.
I'd suggest that you check that the drain holes are clear if you're having issues.
How about posting a photo of yours next time it's full of water?

I see they're currently charging £89.25 (and free delivery) which is a bit more reasonable than the previous price I saw of £177.
Here's the link Cox Motor Parts.
Yea relatively speaking they’re reasonable. Next day FedEx delivery too, can’t complain. They have an eBay shop but there’s a tiny premium on there.keithr wrote: ↑Tue Dec 15, 2020 10:48 amI see they're currently charging £89.25 (and free delivery) which is a bit more reasonable than the previous price I saw of £177.

Let’s see if this thing is worth the money when it arrives.

Having had our open for most of the autumn (with all the leaves and rain that has brought) I've yet to see any water collect at all in ours.
It wasn’t so much about water collecting, it was my lack of faith in any possible design flaw of the port and resulting water issues over long periods.rickwookie wrote: ↑Fri Dec 18, 2020 12:10 pmHaving had our open for most of the autumn (with all the leaves and rain that has brought) I've yet to see any water collect at all in ours.
I’m a bit OCD I guess lol.
Just be glad you’re not CDO (ocd, but all letters in the correct order)omara500 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 18, 2020 12:39 pmIt wasn’t so much about water collecting, it was my lack of faith in any possible design flaw of the port and resulting water issues over long periods.rickwookie wrote: ↑Fri Dec 18, 2020 12:10 pmHaving had our open for most of the autumn (with all the leaves and rain that has brought) I've yet to see any water collect at all in ours.
