Morning.
So the Honda e customer views event last night was interesting. Facilitated discussion about our reasons for purchasing the car, dealership support, things we didn’t like so much and how the future should look.
There was a Japanese gentleman from Honda who listed in.
It will be interesting to see what comes out of the session: I.e. will Honda make any changes.
There is a second session on the 11th I think.
It was nice to see some other, enthusiastic e owners via zoom

Did all 8 turn up for your session, also will there be any feedback to your group's comments?
I'm booked in for the 11th, so I'll hopefully I'll get to provide some relevant feedback.

Just to say thank you all who spent/will spend your own time in order to attend the session, representing all e owners. Perhaps there will be continuous, intermittent session from now on, especially since Honda announced by 2040 all Honda car will be EV or FCV!

Fingers crossed for some positive outcome - eventually - so that at the end of 3 years' PCP I will be feeling confident, by knowing exactly what I would like to do

Can someone ask, at the next session, if the Sport EV is still going in production?

They weren’t answering questions. Only seeking opinions. I asked about the e Type R 😍

Last night's session was fun and good to hear from a range of owners. I'm not sure there's much conclusive that Honda can draw from the discussion, but glad to have taken part nonetheless.

I got the feeling that this was from the marketing department and they wanted to discover the reasons why owners bought one, not to determine how they could improve it.

I suspect you're 100% correct; capture the emotional triggers that prompted purchase. But if that puts more EVs on the road, so be it.
