Window operation from key fob

Hello , I have noticed in the latest video from Ian Simpson on you tube that he goes to some length to explain the operation of the windows from the key fob. On my 2021 model this feature is not working , there is no mention of it in the owners manual either.
Can you operate the windows from your key bob too?
This is the first car I have had in the last 15 years without this function .

Thanks for the reply .
I was looking in my owners manual and could not find the reference , I still can not find it in the printed version but it does work on the car .

Even me I did not know.
We should make a list of all the less known features of this car. Like how to switch off the annoying temperature display every time you change the temperature or switch on the heated seats.

Its a common feature on all the Audi's and VW Golfs I have owned. Surprised to read so many unaware. You do have to Lock the car first, and then Press & Hold. Also you must be close to your car - a safety feature. Which I guess is why, although you can Lock the car remotely with the wonderful App, the App will not close your windows.

This feature doesn’t not seem to be working on my remote
I did managed to get it working once…ahah
