Grey infotainment screen

Good morning,

I started my E this morning and one of my screens is grey. There are no buttons that I can see, but I can press them and can hear the sound register. I’ve tried turning the car off and on and that doesn’t reset it. Anyone else run into this issue? Many thanks!

This problem is now resolved. I’m assuming it happened because it’s -7 degrees out. The car has warmed up.

I have noticed, very occasionally, a brief grey flash, followed by random static, only for a second at a time. Probably happened 4 or 5 times in 2 years. It's like the display link between the computer and the screen is faulty. It last happened yesterday, presumably because of the cold/environmental factors.

I'm pretty sure I've had it happen on both screens (not simultaneously).
