Blowers with) without aircon not working

My first issue since getting my used honda E lease in nov hoping people have some ideas...... Set off to the shops with mum and car was hot so i out blowers on for her, worked all as it should.

Get out of the shop after 30 mins and go to out blowers on and its making all the noise it usually does i think but no air is being blown through any vents, i set it on the dash vents, then the windscreen only, the lower ones and nothing is blowing through

With air con on...or off. Its making the noises like its working as far as i know.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

air distribution flap dislodged or the motor itself is malfunctioning. worse case scenario, something went through the filter and ended up jamming the flap.
