Vacuum-mounting bike rack

Hi,
Still carrying the bike for my daughter is NOT solved .
Initially I've considered the towbar installation however there're several drawbacks with it (e.g. permanent weight, intrusive installation procedure).
2nd, the rear bike racks (e.g Thule Outway) are NOT easy to install and the car paint might be easily damaged.
I recently identified vacuum-mounting bike rack (e.g. treefog) which seems an elegant solution however NOT sure if this is applicable for our honda e.
Anybody having experience with vacuum-mounting bike rack ?
Is it a safe solution ?
Any implication / damage for the car I should consider ?
Thanks,
~amo~
